dc.description.abstract<p>The publication consists of three parts: Part One contains the executive summary report of the study; Part Two contains the elaborated study on trans-country power exchange and development; and Part Three contains the report of the Expert Group Meeting on Trans-country Power Exchange and Development. The study is presented in two sections: section I deals with the interconnection aspects and section II with the hydropower potential studies. Each section deals with each subregion in turn. In the analysis, several options have been put forward for review and possible further action.</p>
