dc.description.abstract |
At both its forty-second and forty-third sessions, convened in 1986 and 1987 respectively, the Commission deliberated upon the theme topic of human resources development.
At its forty-third session, the Commission decided that the theme topic for the forty-fourth session, to be convened at Jakarta in April 1988, should continue to be human resources development, with a view to considering an integrated plan of action on human resources development for the region.

The Commission also adopted, at its forty-third session, resolution 260 (XLIII) on an ESCAP integrated plan of action on human resources development.
|
