Abstract
The report on the Centre’s activities from December 2010 to November 2011 gave an overview of the year's specific activities. Activities had been directed towards technology capacity-building, promotion and management of innovation as well as subregional and regional networking, to help countries of the region respond to the challenges posed by the new global economy and to promote inclusive development.
