Within the region, North and Central Asia implementation levels come after Australia and New Zealand, East and North-East Asia and South-East Asia. <p></p> The overall implementation levels of North and Central Asian countries are quite different in regard to the specific country. Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation achieve high implementation rates of over 80%. Compared to the regional average, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan have as well higher implementation rates, standing at 67% and 63% respectively.
